Max Bledsoe - Head Coach
Coach Bledsoe is in his
28th year of coaching at Frisco. He attended
Frisco High School and was a graduate in 1976 where he played basketball and
baseball. Coach Bledsoe attended East Texas State University where he got
his Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education in 1979 and his
Masters of Science in Health in 1992. He has been the head softball coach
for nine years, but was head varsity girls basketball coach for nine years
and assistant baseball coach for 13 years. Coach Bledsoe teaches health at
Frisco High School. He has been married to Brenda for 26 years and has three
wonderful
daughters: Alisha-24, Amy-20, and Whitney-16.
Tiffany Sullivan - Assistant Varsity Coach
Tiffany comes to us from Covington, Louisiana. She graduated from
Covington High School in 1996. She received a softball scholarship and
played her first two years at San Jacinto College, where she received
all-conference and all-regional awards. She then transferred to Sam
Houston State where she graduated with B.S. degree in Community Health and
Minor in Psychology. She brings to Frisco three years of teaching/coaching
experience. She currently teaches American History and, along with
softball, coaches the Lady Raccoon Freshman Blue Volleyball team.
Rosie Ortiz - Blue JV Coach
Always a competitor Coach Ortiz, after high school, went to Australia and
played for the Jr. USA Olympics Team and was part of the All Region
Champions, with teammate Sheryl Swoops. She then received a scholarship to
play and obtain an Associates of Science degree, and two Bachelors degrees
in Mathematics and Electrical Engineer from UTD. She has been married to
husband Joey, for 8 years, and has a 6 year-old daughter, Emma. She was an
Electrical Engineer for 8 years and now has her calling in what she loves….
teaching Math and coaching Basketball and Softball.
Shayne Coker - Blue JV Coach
Shayne's family consists of his wife, Pam and two daughters, Nat and Cait, and one son, Alex. He currently lives at Lewisville Lake. His
oldest daughter is a first year teacher/coach (softball, basketball) in
Marietta, Oklahoma. His youngest daughter is a freshman in college.
His son is a 4th grader in Little Elm. Shayne has worked at Durant
Middle School, Durant, Oklahoma for 4 years where he was an assistant in
football, basketball and baseball. Later, he coached at S&S
Consolidated in Sadler, Texas for 9 years. He was an assistant for
the varsity football team for 9 years, while being the offensive
coordinator for 2 years. Shayne was also the head boys basketball coach
for 3 years and assistant baseball coach for 3 years. Shayne began
the softball program at S&S four years ago, where he was the head
coach.
